Moving your files from the District's H or one of the Shared Drives to your Google Drive is incredibly simple and has some wonderful benefits!
- First, login to your ewsdmail.org account from your school desktop PC.
- Next head to your Google Drive.
- Look for the red NEW button and press it
- Choose what you wish to upload - single documents or whole folders.
- Press the correct choice.--------------->
- Once you choose, you can navigate to the drive you wish to pick the files or folders from. ("H" or Teacher Share etc.)
- (If you are doing single files instead of whole folders, you can still do multiple files at one time by holding the CTRL Key while selecting each file to upload.)
- Press upload
- Allow the upload to work, depending on the number of files or folders, it could take a few seconds or a few hours! (Yes, you can put your ENTIRE "H" Drive on the Google Drive, we have Unlimited storage.)
- In other good news, anything you shared on the Teacher Share drive, you can share through Google Drive! (See the Drive Tab for instructions.)
